Things to Remember:

• Outside catering is allowed. Licensed and insured vendors are recommended.

• Event insurance is required for all bookings.

• No swimming in the pond. The pond is decorative only.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pond and wooded areas.

• No open flames in wooded areas. Candles must be contained. Fire pits or outdoor heaters must be approved in advance.

• No confetti, glitter, rice, or small loose décor that is difficult to clean from the grounds. Biodegradable options such as flower petals or bubbles are welcome.

• Do not attach decorations to trees using nails, screws, or staples.

• Pets must be approved in advance and must remain under control at all times.

• No firearms, fireworks, or explosives of any kind.

• Music must be kept at a respectful level and must follow local noise guidelines.

• Guests should remain within the designated event areas of the property.

• Please respect the natural environment and wildlife. Do not disturb plants, trees, or landscaping.

• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.

• All décor, rentals, and personal items must be removed at the end of the booking unless prior arrangements are made.

• All nightly rental rates are subject to a 6% lodging fee.

• Rates and fees are subject to change based on the season.

• The venue is advertised on multiple booking platforms, so availability may change.

• Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to arrival.

• The property includes natural terrain, wooded areas, and a pond. Guests enter and use the property at their own risk.

• No swimming, wading, or fishing in the pond.

• Some areas of the property may be unfinished or under development. Guests must stay within designated event areas.

• The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+ and must be consumed responsibly.

• The person booking the space is responsible for all guests and vendors during the event.

• Booking the venue does not include overnight accommodations or access to the treehouse and bunkhouse.  You will have access to one bathroom during your event. If you have more than 12 guests, you will need to rent a portable bathroom from a local vendor.
