Venue Information

Water + Woods welcomes weddings, celebrations, parties, corporate gatherings, retreats, and special events of all kinds.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Overnight add-ons are subject to a 6% lodging fee.

Peak Months:

• Spring: April, May

• Summer: June, July, August

• Fall: September, October, November

• Winter: December (often chosen for holiday themes)

Event insurance is required for all bookings.

Water + Woods Insurance Requirement:
Event insurance is required for all weddings and large gatherings. Policies must include a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverage and $1,000 in medical payments coverage. If alcohol is served, Host Liquor Liability coverage is required. Water + Woods must be listed as Additional Insured, and a Waiver of Subrogation should be included if available.
