🪵 What’s Available With Your Wedding Rental

Water + Woods continues to grow, and couples are welcome to use the venue furnishings and décor we have available at the time of their wedding at no additional charge.

Includes:

• Wooden ceremony benches
• Handmade wooden reception tables
• Champagne wall
• Movable ceremony arch
• Solar string lights
• Solar chandeliers

You are also welcome to bring your own décor and choose your own vendors to create the wedding you envision.

Water + Woods is an outdoor, backyard-style venue and does not have a traditional indoor reception or weather-backup space.

🏡 Overnight Add-On

Overnight accommodations may be added separately to a wedding or event reservation.

Pricing typically ranges from $1,000–$1,500 per night, depending on availability, season, and length of stay.

Overnight accommodations do not include events or large gatherings unless booked with a wedding or event package.

Overnight accommodations sleep up to 12:

• Treehouse – Queen-over-queen bunks, sleeps 4
• Bunkhouse – Two queen-over-queen bunks, sleeps 8

Overnight accommodations are not included in the Wedding Day or Full Wedding Weekend package.

⏰ Hourly Event Rentals

Weekday: $175 per hour
Weekend: $350 per hour

Weekend daily and hourly rentals may not be available during peak wedding season unless filling an otherwise available date.

Venue Information

Water + Woods welcomes weddings, celebrations, parties, corporate gatherings, retreats, and special events of all kinds.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Overnight add-ons are subject to a 6% lodging fee.

Peak Months:

• Spring: April, May

• Summer: June, July, August

• Fall: September, October, November

• Winter: December (often chosen for holiday themes)

Event insurance is required for all bookings.

Water + Woods Insurance Requirement:
Event insurance is required for all weddings and large gatherings. Policies must include a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverage and $1,000 in medical payments coverage. If alcohol is served, Host Liquor Liability coverage is required. Water + Woods must be listed as Additional Insured, and a Waiver of Subrogation should be included if available.
